Health Insurance
We offer fully insured and partially self funded health insurance options. Our health insurance plans include indemnity, P.P.O and M.S.A. options. We work with employers to provide a product that meets the need of the employee and the business.

• With an indemnity plan, enrollees can go to any physician or medical facility they select. While there are no limitations regarding choice, premiums for this type of insurance are generally higher than other forms of health coverage.

• P.P.O. plans offer enrollees a solid selection of physicians and medical facilities in the network located within their geographic region. Individuals select deductible amounts as well as "add on" benefits such as dental or vision, which affect monthly premiums.

• An M.S.A. plan offers the lowest monthly premiums with higher overall deductible amounts. Individuals select their physicians and medical facilities from within the network.
